The Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities (FCSUA) has chosen the Tampa Bay Rays as the 2023 recipient of the Inclusive Employer Award because of their collaboration with the USF’s Eileen Hoffman Hafer UMatter Program, an innovative inclusive postsecondary education (IPSE) program created to provide young people with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to experience higher education and campus life. Kudos to USF for this innovative program and to the Rays for being a partner in all phases of the programs (from interviewing students, assisting in planning next steps for graduates, and providing internships and employment).

This bootcamp is designed to give participants a competitive edge in the job market by teaching practical ways to use AI. AI literacy and tech communication are more important than ever, and we're incredibly proud of this graduating class for taking that step forward.
