Imagine a day when you jump in an electronic, autonomous air taxi in St. Pete and head to Tampa International Airport or even to Orlando. This concept is not as far off as you would imagine. The Federal Aviation Administration is currently considering guidance for this type of flight and there are many innovators considering the best ways to construct landing locations and the vehicles. Demonstration projects are occurring around the world, including during the recent Paris Olympics.

We will host another Trolley Tour and Happy Hour on Friday, June 13th. You will board a trolley with other Innovation District partners and learn about the history and future plans for the area. This tour will feature stops at Albert Whitted Airport, Florida Institute of Oceanography, and The Dalí Museum. The tour will conclude back at the Hub with a networking happy hour.
