This flagship program is designed to help early-stage ocean-focused startups refine ideas, build companies, and connect with a national innovation community.

Applications are also open for Braid Theory’s 2026 Ocean Enterprise Accelerator. This NOAA-funded, 90-day program supports startups advancing innovation in the blue economy. Participants receive commercialization guidance, mentorship, and access to industry networks while developing new ocean data technologies and services that deliver economic and societal impact.
