On May 2nd the 3rd Annual OSE / VFW Day of Service Cleanup...and Celebration will be held! OSE/VFW are partnering with the City, two youth/school programs, Keep Pinellas Beautiful, and Living Shoreline experts from Tampa Bay Watch. This cleanup event also celebrates our successful Lassing Park Living Shoreline Restoration Project, in partnership with the City of St. Petersburg, Tampa Bay Watch, and the Old Southeast Neighborhood, with additional support from the Waterfront Parks Foundation and the Frank Pierce Recreation Center Teen Program.
The event will be held from 9-11 am.
The meeting location is the north end of Lassing Park, across from 1511 Beach Drive SE: https://maps.app.goo.gl/o1xR3buXqSnyTCtYA This location is adjacent to the Lassing Park Living Shoreline Restoration Project.
