
Jack is the Community Manager of the Maritime and Defense Technology Hub, a thriving shared workspace that brings together the region’s growing community of industry, government, and academic partners. He provides strategic and operational support to the Hub and broader Innovation District projects. He also leads implementation of the St. Pete Innovation District Master Plan, a comprehensive framework for coordinated development that supports research, entrepreneurship, and resilient urban growth.
A Pinellas County native and graduate of Largo High School, Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University’s College of Architecture, Art, and Planning. He brings experience in urban planning, economic development, and geospatial analysis to his work.
