Innovation District Receives Two Honors

USF Partnership Award

The St. Pete Innovation District has been selected as a recipient of the University of South Florida (USF) 2020-2021 Student Success Partnership Award.  The Partnership Award honors a team, company, or organization (private or non-profit) that has rendered extraordinary service to the student success initiative.  "We appreciate this recognition from USF.  Together we been able to create impactful opportunities for students to connect with our business community.  Strengthening our future workforce benefits the Innovation District and the entire region" Alison Barlow, Executive Director of the Innovation District.

Student Success at the University of South Florida is focused on supporting students as they enter the admissions queue, take their first steps on campus, navigate their options, and, finally, walk across the stage to receive their hard-earned diploma. Congratulations on a well-deserved honor to all involved with the Innovation District.

Good 'Burger Nominee

St Pete Innovation District is also a 2021 Good ‘Burger finalist in the category of Trailblazers & Change Agents.   A Good 'Burger is a business, organization, or individual in greater St. Pete making a positive impact in our community.  Nominations and the final awardees are selected by members of the community to show appreciation for unique contributions being made to St. Pete.

Winners will be determined by an online voting process and will be announced at The 9th Annual Good 'Burger Awards presented by The Bank of Tampa and Compass Land & Title at Jannus Live on Thursday, October 28th.
