The St. Pete Innovation District Master Plan received the 2026 Future of the Region Award for Built Environment at the 32nd Annual Future of the Region Awards.
This year’s Regional Resiliency Summit focused on innovation in mitigation, adaptation, and sustainable growth, recognizing projects that are shaping a more resilient future for the Tampa Bay region. The Master Plan was honored for its forward-thinking approach to the built environment, including strategies that promote smart growth, innovative land use, resilient infrastructure, and vibrant public spaces.
