A $10,000 investment in a teen-led startup is a big deal. Through an eight-week accelerator hosted by the Harrington Foundation in partnership with Lemonade Standers, St. Petersburg students spent the summer testing ideas and learning what it really takes to bring an idea to life. The program culminated in a Shark Tank-style pitch competition, where Akshara Abbadi won a $10,000 investment for her startup, LUMIVO.
